I ate the rice,the veggies and the orange chicken and I felt so sick afterwards. I’ve been sick all day , I’ve thrown up more than 2 times, I’ve had to use the restroom every 30 minutes and also I have such a bad stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
