Nonstop Vomiting After Meal

I ate around 3:00pm and I went to the mall my stomach started hurting so I go home then around 10pm my stomach felt like it had a lot of gas I went to sleep woke up to vomiting and I continued to puke all night long every time I took medicine I threw it up
