Orange Chicken Causes Illness

Shared a bowl of orange chicken and chow mein with my girlfriend at around 2:30pm. Within an hour I began having diarrhea and horrific stomach pains, which is currently still happening at 6am as I write this post. My girlfriend started having the same symptoms at midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
