Suspect Greens, Severe Symptoms

Ordered chow mein, orange chicken, fried rice and super greens. I suspect it was the greens as they may not be ordered as much. I’ve had a terrible case of food poisoning for the last 24+ hrs  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
