I ordered orange chicken and honew walnut shrimp at 330pm. I started vomiting around 1030pm last night and it lasted until 1am. I still have water for stool.

Orange Chicken Illness Symptoms

I ate a bowl of Orange chicken with Chow Mein, about 3 hours later I felt fine and was at work. Within thirty minutes of arriving I had an extremely upset stomach. Two hours later I alternated between diarrhea and vomiting. I lost a shift because of this.
