Chicken Soup Diarrhea Alert

Had a cup of chicken noodle soup, and the bread that comes with it yesterday for lunch. I have been to the bathroom no less than 35 times with massive diarrhea. I did not eat or drink anything before I went to panera and it is not a place I frequent  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
