Ordered the Thai Chicken soup and the Asian Chicken salad - 4 hours later I'm throwing up and have watery diarrhea. I'm running low fever and feel like crap. I'm.not sure what's upbut its the only thing over ate today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
