Today Tuna sandwich from Panera I ate at 11:30, by 3:30 I was nauseous, managed not to puke until 5:30, diarrhea started about 5... had tuna on white bread with emerald greens and cheddar cheese

Last wekk, my family had delivery placed. The next day myself and my sister were ill. We both had the bacon avocado sandwich. Not sure if it was the sandwich or something else we pushes through the illness. Lasted 2-3 days. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Again, we ordered…
