Green Goddess Cobb salad , I was the only one that had a green goddess Cobb salad. 1 hour later I had terrible gas and then diarrhea.

Had Green Tea, Broccoli Cheese Soup and Monster Cookie. Within 5 hours total waste removal ie horrible vomiting diarrhea with severe cramps and low grade fever. Still have fever cramps and diarrhea.
