I ate half of a frontega chicken panini and a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup with a baguette on the side. Within a 10-15 minutes, I had stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea. Soon after, I vomited. I have been doing both for a few hours now. (I ate at about 1:30 pm and it is now 5 pm).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
