On August 25,2018 in Lafayette, La 70508 at the Ambassador Caffery location
I online ordered the Greens Salad for pickup and added Avocado, Feta Cheese, Chicken and French Baguette.
Just after finishing I felt nauseated and shortly thereafter after threw up multiple times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
