moment of “hey did that taste funny?” or is the dressing just a bit much? It was too late; mid-swallow meant I couldn’t really evaluate it further. I ate farther into the grilled chicken and then noticed the lettuce underneath was browning at the edges... I stopped eating and threw it out, but i had consumed most the contents, except the greens. Well, 3-4 hours later I had abdominal pains, sweating, diarrhea and vomiting for about 8 hours. Most of which was violent dry heaving. Now almost 24 hours later, I still have watery diarrhea and residual stomach cramps, but am able to keep liquids down.
