I ordered a medium sausage pizza & a medium pepperoni pizza on Thursday afternoon & had two slices of the sausage & it tasted differently. Within hours I was on my knees in the fetal position on my bathroom floor with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, cramps & chills. These symptoms lasted for two days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
