Had a Ranch grilled chicken and Canadian bacon pizza, the sauce tastes like Alfredo sauce not ranch, the next day I had a sever headache diarrhea fatigue and dizziness. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I trusted papa johns and it got me again, not buying from papa johns anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue
