I ate the 10 inch cheese and black olives pizza at about 10 pm on 05/11/2018. I started throwing up the pizza 2-3 hrs later. I had chills and diarrhea. I threw up pizza again at about 4 am in the morning with diarrhea again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
