Birthday Party Wing Illness

My son had a birthday party. He was the only one to eat the chicken wings. Within a couple of hours he started vomiting and having horrible diarrhea. It has started to let up 10 hours later  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
