Spicy Nuggets Cause Illness

Husband had Spicy Chicken Nuggets, pickles and shared loaded fries with a friend who had a fish sandwich. Husband was violently ill, with cramps starting a couple hours after eating. Friend was okay so seems to be the Chicken nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
