Firecracker Chicken Illness Alert

I visited Pei Wei yesterday. I ordered the Firecracker chicken with rice and 4 dumplings. It is the only meal I ate yesterday. I am now experiencing severe lower stomach cramps, nonstop diarrhea, and vomiting. I'm starting to get chills as well. This was my first and possibly last time eating here.
