I had chicken lo mein and veggie lettuce wraps. It was the only meal I had that day because soon after that, I started feeling very sick and have not recovered, even days after. I can barely eat without having to run to the bathroom soon after.

Ate at PF Changs Saturday April 12 and within 30 minutes immediately became sick to my stomach. I been having diarrhea for 2 hours.

My 3,5 year old daughter got food poisoning from eating kids lo mein and brocoli.
