I bought a frozen GOLDEN CRUST Carribean bakery spicy beef patty-and I didn’t even eat half of it before immediately vomiting all of it back up. Then followed extreme stomach pain and diarreah.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Diarrhea
