pizza or chicken wings I was the only one that got sick after eating pizza and wings around 6pm. I woke up at 2am with cramps, diarrhea and was vomiting for several hours. I couldn't keep water down and eventually after around 8 or 9 hours of being sick the nausea has subsided  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
