I ordered myself a creamy Parmesan and Italian sausage pizza with stuffed crust around 5:30 and at 7:00 I was on the toilet with the runs and throwing up at the same time. The only thing I had eaten prior was vegetables, which I have been eating all week.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
