Extremely bad upper stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea. I had a personal pan supreme pizza I have been sick ever since I ate that pizza. I’m not able to eat anything but popsicles, drinking broth, pedialyte, water, and Gatorade

Cheese Pizza Causes Illness

Just had cheese pizza & immediately afterward became very nauseous & had diarrhea. Never will I eat here again.
