Got a medium pizza with crispy cupped pepperoni. The pepperoni tasted funny so after two pieces, I ended up taking them off the pizza entirely. About 5 hours later, I’ve been vomiting and having bad diarrhea. Chills, nausea and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Nausea
