Homemade Wine, Flatbread Reaction

I had their homemade wine, pesto flatbread and tater tots. I had two glasses of wine and ate majority of the food. About 6 hours later I dry heaved and vomited. Next morning I had diarrhea multiple times and stomach cramps. Not sure if it was the food or wine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
