Chicken Bowl Causes Illness

Went here to eat after running errands, knew something felt a little off when I ate my bowl (psa I got chicken not raw fish) came home had a stomach ache, woke up next morning vomited about 20 times in 3 hours. Worst experience of my life.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
