Office Illness: Chicken & Fries

Got a family box of fried chicken and fries for my whole office. Literally 2 hours later everyone complained of feeling neauses and vomiting. Everyone mentioned they were feeling completely fine through most of the day until after we ate the chicken.

Very unfortunate.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
