From Italian beef bowl with mild peppers, tasted weird and different than usual but ate anyways because I was hungry. Woke up out of my sleep in the worst stomach pain and throwing everything up. Next morning stomach and body still hurt  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
