I ate potato balls , meat pies , and some sweets , all I’ve been having since then is diarrhea, really bad ones , mucus in diarrhea, I’m also dehydrated and weak , my father who also ate them with me has the same . Me and my father are in pain .

House salad 1 potato ball 1 meat pie 1/2 a tamale and a cream horn. there Monday and started to have a fever chills and muscle aches nausea progressed to diarrhea and diseness on Wednesday night still sick 4 days later
