Ate turkey and cheese bowl at 2 pm (5/30/19). The turkey seemed to be at room temperature versus cold but did not think about it. 6 hours later, major issues with diarrhea and nausea. Only thing I had eaten other than breakfast at home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
