All I ate was the guacamole and chips on Sunday 5/30. Became ill with chills, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea. Have not been able to keep anything down since then. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain
