Cereal Causes Severe Diarrhea

Cereal. I recently got Apple Cinnamon Cheerio's that caused me to have diarrhea (very runny) on both times I ate it. Stopped eating it and I was fine. I'd like to add that I have ate Honey Nut Cheerio's before without this issue. I have an unopened box in the cabinet that I'm affraid to eat.

Lucky Charms Illness Report

On 4/5/22 around 8pm in the evening, I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal that I recently purchased at this place. By 3am I woke up with stomach pain, and had subsequent several bouts of diarrhea. I was still nauseous with a headache the next day. I believe the Lucky Charms was somehow tainted.
