I got a sub and packaged coleslaw from the refrigerated shelves and was sick for about 36 hours with vomiting and diarrhea. Most likely the coleslaw.

Split sub with my friend and a few hour laters painful stomach cramps, intense Diarrhea/puking, fever at 102, and chills
