Buffet Sushi Causes Illness

I ate at the buffet and the seafood was left out all morning and smelled off.. after eating the sushi prior to noticing .. I immediately became I’ll experiencing a headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and cramps compared to labor pains.
