Veggie Bowl Causes Illness

Went to get a veggie bowl from here, Jan. 20, 2 hours later I had flu like symptoms. Fever , chills, nasea , and diarrhea. Today is the 23rd and I feel no better, to add to it I am now vomiting. This is unacceptable .

Taco Salad Illness Alert

I had a Taco Salad on Thursday, April 18th 2019. Immediately after three or so bites I began to feel bloated. The next morning I was violently ill and had to go to Urgent Care, I have been placed on two different types of Antibiotics as they are uncertain what type if bacteria I have.
