I love this place! Our server was excellent yesterday! We’ve been here many times. I’d give it 5 stars if I wasn’t so sick. We went for a late lunch. Then, we went shopping. I didn’t eat dinner because I was still full and I kinda didn’t... See More feel good. So, I went to bed early. About 3am I had to jump up and run for the bathroom because I was about to blow like a volcano from both ends. Thank God the bathtub is next to the sink. Sorry to be so graphic. This continued for a while and it was violent. Eventually, things settled down and I went back to sleep in the spare room as to not disturb my partner anymore. This morning and all day my sides and muscles are sore from puking so hard for so long. I’ve been nauseated, so I’ve not had anything to eat other than chicken broth and a banana just a few minutes ago and it is 7:48 at night. I’ve continued with 3 more bouts of diarrhea that all smell like fish. Sorry!! I know! TMI!!! I could literally feel this fish going through my body. I swear to God, it burned in my intestines. The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 621 pounds of fully-cooked chicken product by JX Restaurant, Inc. due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The product contains sesame oil, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. This product was shipped to retail locations in... See More Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.
The recalled product is:
- 16-oz. plastic trays containing “SISTER SISTER GENERAL TSO’S CHICKEN with FRIED RICE” and lot codes 11/07/23, 11/11/23, 11/17/23, 11/18/23, or 11/19/23 represented on the label.
The affected product was produced on various dates between Oct. 27 and Nov. 8, 2023, and bears establishment number “P-754” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The problem was discovered by FSIS inspection personnel during a verification task where they discovered that sesame oil was not included on the label.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them.

The fruit is being recalled because it has the potential... See More to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled fruit was distributed nationwide and sold at retail stores as individual pieces of fruit bearing PLU stickers (see images attached) or in consumer packaging (also shown in the attached images) and sold at retail between May 1 and November 15, 2022 and between May 1 and November 15, 2023. The recalled peaches have been linked to an outbreak of Listeriosis that has resulted in eleven illnesses.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
This recall includes only conventionally grown fruit – no organic fruit is being recalled. Peaches, plums, and nectarines currently available for sale at retail stores are not included in this recall.
Consumers: Although the recalled fruit is no longer available in retail stores, consumers may have frozen the recalled fruit at home for later use. Consumers are urged to check their freezers for the recalled fruit, not consume it.
This recall is being carried out with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
