They had a new cook who gave me raw shrimp and I’ve been throwing up and diarrhea. Just left hospital and got diagnosed with food poisoning.

5/14/23 Had this. Salad and shrimp Was gassy about an hour after. Woke up the next morning not feeling well and tummy hurt. Went to sleep for an hour woke with fever and vomiting both ends. Lasted 18 hours.

I hate the cocktail shrimp on ice plus medium rare N.Y. steak. I got home few hours later starting getting a headache then diarrhea followed by Constant vomiting . 3 days later still sick
