Monday 6 pm 11/26/18 ate Red Robin Manteca CA. Lettuce wrap burger. Vomiting midnight then diarrhea. Went to E R 4 pm Tues. Admitted for two days. 103 fever, diarrhea uncontrollable. Organism Shigella. Antibiotics IV. Severe dehydration. 7 days of oral antibiotics after discharge. Recovering
