My friend and I had lunch on March 30, 2019 at Subway. By Sunday evening, we were both very ill with identical symptoms. This was the only meal we had in common. I hadn't seen my friend in a couple of weeks so it's not as if he had passed on a virus to me.

Gluten-Free Ham Sandwich Illness

Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. Vomitting and diarhea lasted for 2.5 days.
