Chicken Meal Causes Illness

Hate some chicken coleslaw wedges and biscuit. After 3 hours I started aggressively throwing up every 45 min to an hour. Not totally sure it’s food poisoning but it’s my best guess.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
