Chicken Bowl Illness Strikes

Ate there at 2pm on July 9th, chicken bowl, by 4 symptoms started, by 6pm I had 102 fever, constant diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps. After 72 hours, I'm much better, still residual effects, but the worst is gone.
