Patty Melt Causes Hospitalization

My husband and I ate around 2pm. We had the patty melt, spinach artichoke dip and chips, and a salad. We both started vomiting around 9:30pm and ended up in the hospital for dehydration because we were throwing up every 30 minutes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dehydration
