Organic Lettuce Causes Illness

Everyone in my house that ate the organic spring mix lettuce is currently ill. Called them to report and all he asked was the date on lettuce and no other reports. Didn't ask for my number or anything else, hope they pull from shelves as so sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
