Been vomiting for hours after eating pepperoni pizza yesterday from Sam’s Club hot serve area around 2/2:30pm. Thought the pizza smelled fishy for a second while I had been eating it, but ignored it thinking it was fine. Not sure if it was just my piece affected…

Today after I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms. It happened last week after a bowl from the same box., Lucky Charms I will eat another bowl of Lucky Charms next week to see if the same thing happens.
