Took a tour to saona and after eating the lunch buffet there I started to feel really sick, had diarrhea and was vomiting. The food was prepared super unhygienic and the meat was purple, it was absolutely horrible!

We had a party of 72 people who went their for lunch and 22 of us got sick and one person went to the hospital.. It was an area in the Island where we were served food outdoors. We traveled there by boat. They had picnic tables…
