Earlier today, Great Value brand stuffed bell peppers. I bought these generic (Great Value brand) stuffed bell peppers on Thursday, 12/17/22. Decided to eat them for dinner last night (12/19/22). Followed microwave instructions to a tee, and my microwave is very powerful with a rotating plate. I... ate them approximately 20 minutes after cooking them. While eating them, one of the peppers had a very small, lukewarm spot, but I wound up eating it anyway. This was at around 11pm. At approximately 8am, I woke up with bad stomach cramps, and bad diarrhea. Had to make approximately 5 trips to the batroom since then (4pm now). My stomach has hurt since this morning, but it seems to be getting better now. I should also note, I eat the Stouffer's brand stuffed bell peppers often, and I never have a problem (or a lukewarm spot per their cooking instructions.) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

The firm’s subsequent investigation identified the root cause as a temporary breakdown in the company's supplier documentation process. The process has been corrected and the company has instituted additional safety checks and corrective actions, including discontinuing the use of this particular flavoring ingredient.
