I would have reported it sooner had I known this website existed. Last June, June 4th I was admitted to the hospital after being several food posionined from one of shake shacks mushroom burgers. So severe I had fainted twice during the night as my body was trying to get rid of the poison.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
