May27,2019 ate chicken nachos got sick indigestion & next day fever nausea headache sore throat had to go to ER get IV fluids Doc said viral infection, Only I had the chicken nachos the other two people had baby back ribs & tomato soup & salad they didn’t get sick. I’m still feeling sick right now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Indigestion, Sore Throat, Soreness
