Yesterday I bought a Gut Health Greek Yogurt Pineapple Mango 20 ounce smoothie at approximately 4:15 pm. At approximately 7-8 pm, I started feeling an upset stomach. I then had diarrhea and vomiting all night long combined with a strong headache, fatigue, and mild fever.
