I had a chili cheese coney dog with a chocolate shake on Sunday, 9/14, about 5-6 pm. Shortly after midnight, started vomiting and diarrhea, with stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
